Caleb Walker is the Director of Delivery at 123 Cyber, a compliance-by-subscription marketplace that brings together a Shared workspace and ecosystem for Canadian Federal Procurement and Defence Innovation. In particular, it is an ecosystem of managed service providers, physical workspace with the Commissionaires, sovereign cloud infrastructure with ThinkOn, and trusted training to help Canadian companies thrive in regulated procurement environments.
 
A Canadian Armed Forces veteran turned entrepreneur, Caleb is known for building communities and ecosystems at the intersection of digital transformation, compliance, and national security. His ventures—including Collabowave, 123 Cyber, and The Digital Insurgency—are designed to help organizations move quickly, stay compliant, and collaborate effectively in high-stakes environments.
 
With a reputation for pragmatic leadership, deep industry relationships, and a focus on mission-driven impact, Caleb is guiding his companies to scale solutions that empower public servants, veterans, and businesses alike—creating trusted infrastructure for Canada’s future economy.

Stephen (Steve) Gregory, MSM

Director of Delivery

Steve is a seasoned business leader with deep experience in technology, cyber security and organizational development. He led IsaiX Technologies Inc., a Canadian firm technology and consulting company for more than 35 years developing software for Banks, Pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. In 2024 launched 123 Cyber Inc. a firm specializing in Governance, Risk Assessment and Compliance.

He is a member of the CIO Strategy Council and active partner with the Digital Governance Council having launched 123 AuditPrep DGC Editionᵀᴹ, a SAAS solution to simplify and speed adoption by SMEs of the Canadian Standard for Cyber Security, CAN DGSI 104. This an industry collaboration is facilitating the development of compliance advocacy among MSPs across the country.

He served as an Honorary for the 2nd Field Regiment Royal Canadian Artillery from 2015 to 2021. In 2022 he became a member of the Board of Governors and Collège militaire royal Saint Jean, Qc. He is the founder of The Respect Forums in Canada and the Annual International Forum Peace, Security & Prosperity the third largest Youth Peace Forum in the world.

Erik Vincelli-Gregory

Director of Operations and Co-Founder of 123 Cyber

Passionate about solving complex challenges, Erik has managed projects and people in fast-paced environments ranging from high-rise construction with his property development company, Provvi Developments, to managing professional coaching software for Canadian banks with IsaiX Technologies Inc. as the Sr. Operations Manager and Data Protection Officer. 
 
At 123 Cyber, he heads the development teams who have brought 123 AuditPrep™ to life, the premier pre-audit tool used by the Digital Governance Council, as well as 123 Capture, a groundbreaking new AI note taking technology used in defense and heavy industry. With his expertise, Erik has demonstrated consistent value in his quick assessment of situations, ability to unify a team, and swift mobilization of a plan to achieve results for his clients.
 
Erik holds a BA in Communications from Concordia University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the Gustavson School of Business from UVic. He continues to be an active member of the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve, serving with the 2nd Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery, in Montreal.
